How to set up NGINX in the following way

Hi!
I attend the Linux courses, the teacher gives a complicated homework for us but does not tell how to do that.
I need to to the following:
Install NGNINX for it to do the following things:
1. This request HTTP://<ip_address>:8080/date has to show the date on the server
2. This request HTTP://<ip_address>:8081/cpuinfo has to show information about the processor
3. This request HTTP://<ip_address>:80 has to show a specific website. All the words "THE" there have to be replaced by the "LOL" word.

I have watched tutorial on LinkedIn learning and AcloudGuru about how to use Ngninx, so i know how to set up it etc. But I still have no idea about how to compete the tasks from the homework. What should I google to find the tutorials about it?
