Baby Raccoon Efficiently Herds a Tribe of Goats

An absolutely adorable rescued baby raccoon, whom his human hilariously named Governor, decided to herd a cooperative tribe of goats at a Sarver, Pennsylvania farm. Governor took his role as shepherd very seriously, quietly imitating the moves that a herding dog would make.
