starting Xvnc with Xfce

i want to start up 3 instance (more later) of Xvnc with a user already on and ready to go so that as soon as i connect a vnc client, i get the screen with that user logged in and fully initialized, ready for me to start clicking. yes, i will be doing them on localhost with different ports.

does anyone know how to make all them start together?
