Systemd is able to be installed?

I am trying,
Linux From Scratch - Version 20201101-systemd
8.70. Systemd-246

During ninja install, I meet the following error,

/opt/meson-0.56.0/opt/Python-3.9.0_gcO2pgonat/usr/bin/meson install --no-rebuildAs the message above shows, I don't have "man/binfmt.d.5" .

I check the build output with "ninja -v". I find

There is no reason that I have "man/binfmt.d.5".

Could you pass "ninja install"? Why it is possible?
