Is there some docs about SELinux and CHROOT ?

Let's say I have Apache inside a CHROOT jail and use SELinux outside that jail.
Let's ask the questions:
- First, will SELinux work correctly by "locking" the apache process, even if apache is in the CHROOT jail?
- Would you have documentation that explains the "security" achieved when using the chroot and SELinux suite?
- Is there any opinion, paper, document or example that you could give me to help form my opinion about this?
