vtown upgraded from ktown: mismatch gwenview - libexiv2
by fsauer from LinuxQuestions.org on (#5A2X4)
I'm not sure if this is my error (but probably, yes)...
Upgraded from ktown to vtown, no immediate problems. But running gwenview (or geeqie) failed due to
gwenview: error while loading shared libraries: libexiv2.so.27: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
I have the vtown gwenview and libkexiv2 installed (if that helps). Tentatively, I installed the slackware64 libexiv2. This removed the libexiv2 error, but gave another one, with missing libraw.so.20
So, either I did something wrong, or the gwenview package is built using the original files. I thank you for pointers.
