Laptop freezes after motherboard replacement

I've had my laptop for about 4 months, and dual-booting with Linux Mint 20 and Windows 10 worked fine for a while, but there was a problem with the battery/motherboard, so they were replaced under warranty. After some fiddling to get drivers set right again, Windows works fine, but Linux freezes about 5-15 minutes after booting up. Just freezes completely with whatever image is on the screen, and not even Ctrl+Alt+Backspace does anything. I have to hold down the power button to reboot.latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=Kcxn-c7n3L8:-vM9QJKaLvQ:F7zBnMy latest?i=Kcxn-c7n3L8:-vM9QJKaLvQ:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=Kcxn-c7n3L8:-vM9QJKaLvQ:gIN9vFwKcxn-c7n3L8
