Firefox will no longer keep cookie exceptions working

Seems to be since the last update, maybe the one before.

I have 2 sites listed in cookie exceptions, to Not delete when I close the browser.

Now these exceptions are still listed, but Firefox is closing/clearing them anyway.

Major 1st-world issue, having to keep logging back in, isn't it....?

Any thoughts on a fix?
