Frozen Window Size

I am running Fedora Cinnamon on a Lenovo X1 Yoga. Everything is working fine except for one minor annoyance. When I open the Dnfdragora window, I cannot adjust it's size top to bottom. Side to side works just fine. Right clicking on the banner at the top seems to indicate that the window is maximized. Most windows have a double arrow in the upper right to either max it or move to an intermedite size. This one does not. This seems to be the only window that does this. Is there a way to somehow "release" it so that I can adjust the size?latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=qQrY3o1p16Y:5RgaaGlHDZA:F7zBnMy latest?i=qQrY3o1p16Y:5RgaaGlHDZA:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=qQrY3o1p16Y:5RgaaGlHDZA:gIN9vFwqQrY3o1p16Y
