In a news release from Hamilton police on Tuesday, police say Myles Micallef, 30, a six-year member of the Hamilton Police Service, has been arrested on charges related to breach of trust and unauthorized use of a computer.

Police arrested Micallef Monday in the Niagara region.

In total, he faces 16 charges, including seven counts of breach of trust and nine counts of unauthorized use of a computer.
