Installing software with dependencies

I've downloaded the .deb file of Pulseaudio, and when I use:
? sudo dpkg -i pulseaudio_13.0-5_amd64.deb
it gives: https://imgur.com/aUGm7ll
Can you please tell me how to resolve this (without breaking my system, which may depend on older (currently installed) version of "init-system-helpers" )
Please note I'm using Deepin OS
