System only boots Win10 and OpenBSD; Can't Boot Linux | AMD X570 w/ Latest BIOS and AGESA

Here's a video link to an attempted install of Arch Linux.

I have tried installing various Linux flavors (mostly Arch, but also Manjaro, Deepin, elementary, and pop!) on my new AMD build, but I'm unable to get past a few lines of kernel chatter after the bootloader. I have tried two different motherboards with everything else remaining the same, yet the problem persists.

Current system specs:
Code:CPU -> AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
MoBo -> Asus ROG Strix X570-I
RAM -> TEAM GROUP 2x8GB
GPU -> MSI Nvidia RTX 2070 SUPER Gaming XMy previous motherboard was a Colorful CVN-X570M. It was replaced due to a faulty USB Type-C port. I had hoped that would also fix the Linux boot issue but no dice.

My BIOS settings are as follows:
  • reset to factory defaults
  • disable Secure Boot -> set to "Other OS"
  • disable Fast Startup
  • enable SVM
  • enable NX
  • enable XMP (I have tried w/o... I think)
I've tried:
  • different USBs
  • different Linux distributions
  • different formatting methods (Rufus, Win32DiskImager)
  • iPXE via NetBoot (just to see)
  • OpenBSD
The iPXE failure was especially weird, because though the image loaded properly, the system FAILED to download the files (it started, continued for a few seconds and then failed inexplicably). Somehow this made me think of the RDRND AMD bug, but I know I have the latest BIOS update for my motherboard, which SHOULD include the necessary AGESA patch. OpenBSD just booted fine, as I was presented with a prompt. Though I didn't try installing, I did get farther than anything else. Finally, I am also unable to boot into Arch Linux in a VirtualBox VM, but I'm unsure if the problem is related.

Finally, I don't know if the installer generates any persistent logs, so I've linked a slow-motion video at the top of the post that one may be able to scrub through to figure out what is happening. Let me know if there is a better way to do this please.

EDIT: So I ended up contacting Asus, just to be told that Linux is not officially supported. Unlike Colorful, who still hasn't responded to me since earlier this year. Would this be a kernel driver issue? Is my system, peripherals, or something else not supported by the kernel version I'm trying to install?latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=vb-lYz0XQkA:ZE5ydIeuyb0:F7zBnMy latest?i=vb-lYz0XQkA:ZE5ydIeuyb0:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=vb-lYz0XQkA:ZE5ydIeuyb0:gIN9vFwvb-lYz0XQkA
