redhat and pacemaker

as I am using redhat developers edition, I can not post in their customer portal..
I have installed redhat 8 and IBM db2
I want to configure pacemaker on this system with the command db2cm
You have to specify many options/info
is there a possibility to create a file/xml with these info/setting and submit this file as an option to the db2cm command..
