Command to Customize KVM windows10 VM

Hi
We are using KVM on a centos server to virtualize Windows10 VM
We need to create more than 200 of those VM and we need to make some configuration modifications inside each VM . Those changes are not the same from one VM to another
We were thinking using virt-customize or virt-sysprep but it seems it is working with Linux VM and not with Windows10 VM except if there is a trick we did not find yet.
If some of you has succeeded , we are interested. If not , are you aware of any tool ,command or API which can do the job ?
