Ubuntu Server 20.04 problem completing installation

Installing on Acer Aspire TC-605 with i3-4150, 4GB RAM, 120GB SSD, 500GB HDD, Nvidia GT-705 GPU, latest available BIOS installed, goal creating a small web server for CRM internal usage.
Tried many times changing in Rufus from MBR to GPT the USB live image, deselecting all the installation options (virtual partition, extra packages, etc), using old or updated installer, trying to install on the SSD and next the HDD, defining as bootable different disks, unmounging the partition (from the installation menu), removing the HDD, etc.
Got always the attached errors and the installation restarts, not sure how to proceed.
