LFS 10.0 SYSTEMD avahi failed to build

Hi Gang,
When building Avahi I get this error:
No package 'Qt5Core' found
Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.
Qt-5 Is installed in /OPT
Anyone know what to do with this. Thanks for any ideas and directions.
