Change order of Soundblaster Live! plugs

Hi forum,
is it possible to tell the snd_emu10k1 driver to use the SPDIF plug for line-in function?
IIRC, under Windows, there was a driver called kx-Project, which provided far-reaching routing possibilities for Soundblaster Live!. Therefore, the ability has to exist in hardware.
Is there a way to make that work under LinuxMint as well?
Here's the lspci -nn -v output for the card:
