Stuck at the loading screen

Hello My name is Ron and I'm a new guy here.
I installed Ubuntu 18.04 LTS on my desktop Intel Core i3 9100, 12 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD
When I run Ubuntu, It keep loading and loading like forever.
I need some help
