TrackPoint Polling rate is slower on UBUNTU than Windows

I have a thinkpad E590 with Ubuntu 18.04. (with alongside booted Windows)
Trackpoint is much smoother in Windows.
I didn't know whether this is a driver thing or a parameter thing.
But I just checked the polling rate with evhz it shows max 80Hz on my Ubuntu.
And When I check on my windows its was around 100Hz.
Also, even though in ubuntu polling rate maximum of 80Hz it occasionally drops to 30 40Hz, and I don't know why.
Is anyone know how to increase polling rate of ThinkPad Trackpoint in Linux??
