slackbuilds.org rsync service down?

(I thought I had posted a question related to this a month ago, but the search tools turn up nothing of the sort.)
I tried to rsync my SBo mirror from rsync.slackbuilds.org a while ago, and it timed out. First, it timed out on IPv6 (typical) but then it also timed out on IPv4 (not typical).
I can ping the IPv6 address, but not the IPv4 address. IOW, "ping slackbuilds.org" works, but not "ping -4 slackbuilds.org".
The website comes up fine (probably via IPv6) but using git to clone the master branch fails on both IPv6 and IPv4.
Does anyone know what's going on?
