Update Manager Won't Update [Pic Included]

Really recently, I had Akregator freeze and not be able to load anything even after reinstall [months with no problem], the same that Spotify has been left running even after I close it. Kontact recently started doing the same thing [freezing], so it almost feels like something from a particular decision or program is causing most of these problems. Fast enough device, so it's not the hardware.

All the same, this is what happens when I try to refresh the update manager. Any suggestions?
