Whois Tool in new version of kali linux 2020.4

Hello linuxquestions group,
I want a solution on how to whois tool in new version of kali linux that is on 2020.4 I am using this version. Basically in that version who is preinstall but I when run command in terminal it show some what error like that, i.e. given in example:-
Example:
command: whois google.com
getaddrinfo(whois.verisign-grs.com): Temporary failure in name resolution
So please get help me out from this....
