Possibly Missing Firmware for <multiple things>

Hi all, running Arch, have had the following flag up since installation several months ago and have never bothered to do anything about it. Most recently this has come up when doing a system update - sudo pacman -Syu

Any thoughts on why I have this collection of missing firmware? Should I just be searching for these things and installing from source?
