Bucs' Fournette inactive vs. Vikings, reportedly made healthy scratch
Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Leonard Fournette was ruled inactive for Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings.
Fournette wasn't listed on the injury report heading into the Week 14 matchup. NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reports Fournette is a healthy scratch.
The 25-year-old has struggled to gain a footing in Tampa Bay's backfield after being signed shortly before the season opener. The former Jaguars running back has taken a back seat to Ronald Jones for the majority of the campaign.
Jones has accumulated 820 rushing yards, while Fournette has managed just 271.
Fournette has just one 100-yard game and totaled fewer than 10 carries in each of his last four contests.
The Buccaneers have lost two straight games and are looking to get back on track against the Vikings.
