Slack-current : weird FTP issue

Hi,
for the last 3-4 weeks or so, FTP upload have become completely abysmal with my slack current systems. I have even completely reinstalled one of my setup after bying an NVME drive but same results occur. On my laptop, I have the exact same problem with my Linux system but when I boot on Windows, I get proper upload speed (4-5MB/s). I have fiber connection and this usually can get between 4 to 15MB/s uploads easily using FTP.
Does anyone have the same issue?
