I can't find my CD-RW when I use the mount command in bash.

Hello, I'm running several flavors of linux, Mint 20, Zorin 15, Ubuntu 20. When I use a game CD in my drive I can find SR0 in BASH under the mount command. But when I put a CD-RW in BASH is blind to /dev/sr0. The strange thing is that the GUI file program automatically reads the CD-RW and I can burn files to the disc. I'm curios because I'm going through William Shotts book, The Linux Command Line, and it says to use a CD-RW in the lesson. This is not an urgent matter, just one of curiosity.latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=0jaBgJKyrP4:gSwWaQ8KhhU:F7zBnMy latest?i=0jaBgJKyrP4:gSwWaQ8KhhU:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=0jaBgJKyrP4:gSwWaQ8KhhU:gIN9vFw0jaBgJKyrP4
