How to install a Suse package in Debian? This game, specifically

Hello,
I want to have the game xmahjong (solitaire) in my Debian. But one version I found is available only for Suse. And its source seems incomplete, I am not sure. Look here:

The tar.gz file I usually download with source is not available in this page.
In the page we go by clicking "download package" is possible to find a source file - but with rpm extension. I downloaded and extracted it, but could not compile.
How can i do?
