Report User Button

Don't know if this is possible or not with the software, but it'd be nice to be able to report a USER, rather than just an individual post.
There are several forums where the moderators haven't logged in for a LONG time, so reporting spam or other such behavior often takes a long time to see anything. Reporting the user for deletion would remove not only the spammer, but the spam posts as well, regardless of the forum.
