Dual / multiple Linux boot OS - sharing files.

How do I access files in non-active (dual / multiple boot) operating system?

Better yet - how does Linux manage files located physically in same hardware and belonging to different OS?

Any documentation covering the subject would be appreciated.

I need to clean-up my hardware and "merge " files created under different and sometime defunct Linux OS.latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=PHK39BFNQK8:AL_SmtHd_N8:F7zBnMy latest?i=PHK39BFNQK8:AL_SmtHd_N8:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=PHK39BFNQK8:AL_SmtHd_N8:gIN9vFwPHK39BFNQK8
