Report: Dolphins' Parker expected to play vs. Patriots
Miami Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker is expected to suit up Sunday against the New England Patriots despite a slight hamstring strain, ESPN's Cameron Wolfe reports.
The wideout was listed as questionable for the Week 15 matchup after suffering the injury during last Sunday's loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.
Parker leads the Dolphins with 56 catches for 677 yards and four touchdowns.
The Dolphins' offense is injury-ridden entering the final stretch of the regular season. Tight end Mike Gesicki (shoulder), receiver Jakeem Grant (hamstring), and running back Salvon Ahmed (shoulder) were also deemed questionable for the Patriots game. Myles Gaskin will miss out due to COVID-19.
Miami sits in the final AFC wild-card spot with an 8-5 record but could need to win out to secure a playoff berth. While the Baltimore Ravens also own an 8-5 record, the AFC North club faces an easier schedule to finish the campaign.
