Jumpy mouse. Ubuntu 20.04 LTS

Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. I've tried restarting the computer twice.

Today, it seems as if my mouse is jumpy. More specifically, it's not as responsive or accurate. It's like when I move it to a location, the arrow does not move there as fast as my mouse does, and when it does move it kinda skips to the location. Really, intead of being "jumpy," it's more like it lags behind at a bit of a jumpy lag. It's really like the computer is starving for memory or something.

Any recommendations?\
