Improve Registration Form to avoid People Submitting Email Adresses as Usernames

And here's another recent victim.

When you register you get presented with this text:

Please enter your desired user name, your email address and other required details in the form below.
and three fields to enter these details.

I'm not getting confused here, but apparently some people do, or aren't aware that their username will be publicly visible even when not logged in.

In any case, it should be easy to change the text to make it more clear that people should NOT put their email address in the first field.
