How to download this CSV with Bash?

Hello,

the Ministerio da Saude ("Health Ministry", literally translating) of my conutry, Brasil, has a page where we can download a CSV with many data about the COVID-19 things here. The CSV is available in the page covid.saude.gov.br, in the red circled button i show in this image:

When we click on it, nothing will be shown by the browser. No download on progress, no page/file loading (usually in the place where the icon is displayed in the tab name), but it will be downloading the CSV file. Now, this file is 130 MiB. After the downloading ends, we are presented to save the (0 bytes) file. I saved it... it was not an empty file.

This thread is because i want to automate the downloading of this CSV file. If a Bash script is possible, this would be the best, because the CSV file is used together with others to make a larger LaTeX project. There is already data from many places around the world.

p.s.: is there a way to include a bigger thumb in the post, or to post a bigger image together with it?latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=VZ3Di3kaGMY:HDv6SOmSeUw:F7zBnMy latest?i=VZ3Di3kaGMY:HDv6SOmSeUw:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=VZ3Di3kaGMY:HDv6SOmSeUw:gIN9vFwVZ3Di3kaGMY
