installing ubuntu-restricted-extras

I am trying to install ubuntu-restricted-extras, and it gets stuck at EULA. There is a <ok> that I don't know how to activate. Also, the indicators that show that things are loading in stuck at 8%. I am baffled I have tried several times with the same result.

Has anyone ever run into this?
