Hello, members! Great to be a part of a good Linux Forum. In summary, I use Linux a lot for music production and I recently completed my first successful version of Linux From Scratch. Here is a tip for LFS newcomers: if you are limited to using a 32-bit machine for a host system (such as I was), here is a combination that worked well for me: Devuan 7.0.0 and LFS 9.1. I went through a number of combinations that failed a lot, and when I found this one, it helped me to stay focused on getting the LFS steps rather than tracking down "platform problems".
LFS is a great way to explore Linux!
