ACER Veriton 1000 Fan noisy after installing Linux

I have installed XUBUNTU 20.04 on an ACER Veriton 1000.
In works ok but from the very start, the Fan (Heatsink for CPU) makes a terrible noise.
It seems Temperature-Fan-Control does not work.
Any Idea how to get rid of the noise?
