The Los Angeles Rams expect defensive tackle Aaron Donald to play in Saturday's divisional-round game against the Green Bay Packers, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports.

Donald suffered a torn rib cartilage against the Seattle Seahawks, according to Rapoport, and should play through the injury for the remainder of the playoffs.

Rams head coach Sean McVay said Sunday he's "hopeful" his star defensive tackle would be available for the next round. X-rays on Donald's rib issue apparently came back clean following Saturday's win.

The two-time Defensive Player of the Year injured himself after landing awkwardly while taking down Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson. The 29-year-old was otherwise dominant before exiting, racking up two sacks and two tackles for loss.

Despite gaining some clarity about Donald, Los Angeles has yet to finalize its quarterback situation. John Wolford, who started versus Seattle, suffered a stinger, and the team will examine his status moving forward.
