Debian Testing (Bullseye) KDE How Do I SAFELY "Reset" Plasma

{{NOTE: I had a stroke in 2011 and have short term memory loss, and I am somewhat brain-damaged}}
Yeah.. I use testing.
1: About 2 weeks ago, an update "broke" Plasma, as I do not get the some of "eye-candy" that I like.
2: I created a temporary account, and the "eye-candy" works fine on the temporary account.
3: I renamed my .kde directory to .kde.old and did a reboot... well, I was forced to do a restart and move .kde.old to .kde, as my desktop environment "froze up".
4: Thus, the problem is with my Plasma settings, but I cannot fix the problems with the KDE systemsettings5 configuration tool.
*: So, the question is how can I safely "reset" my entire Plasma "system"?
Yup, that's it!
Thank you for your time, and have yourself a good day!
