How to restore Encrypted Arch Btrfs Timeshift from Ubuntu Partition or Live USB

I have encrypted Arch and encrypted Ubuntu on the same computer.
Both are Btrfs and both have their own Timeshift.
I want to restore Arch Timeshift because I cannot log in to Arch at the moment.
Is it possible to restore Arch from Ubuntu partition, and if yes, how?
If not, how can I restore Arch from a live USB?
