How to generate grub.cfg file?

I have a USB flash with GPT partition format.
I use Grub2 to make a bootable usb. After grub-install x86_64-efi and i386-pc successfully. But no grub.cfg file in /mnt/sdb2/EFI/BOOT/grub.
So how to generate grub.cfg file?
