How to image dual-boot (Windows 10/Elementary) system?

I've never had a viable backup strategy for my Linux machines, so after building a dual-boot Win 10/Elementary 5.0 system this week, I decided to try imaging the disk from the Windows side with Macrium Reflect. My goal was to create a complete bootable image of the drive that could be easily restored at some future point.

Reflect imaged the drive without complaint, but the restored image doesn't boot... after the POST stuff at the point where the bootloader would normally appear to let me choose which OS to boot into, I just get a black screen.

So I'm guessing Reflect didn't include the bootloader in the image? Something like that? Can anyone tell me why the restored image won't boot and how to fix it (or how to correctly image the system, if necessary)?

The only thing I did, partition-wise, was to shrink the Windows 10 C: partition by 70GB to leave room for Elementary. Then I installed Elementary using the installer's "Install Elementary alongside Windows 10" option, and the installer did the rest.

lsblk from the new Elementary OS follows; partition and device info is attached.
