The Kansas City Chiefs' injury report on Friday listed a handful of key contributors as questionable for Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills.

Players uncertain for the AFC title matchup are running backs Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Le'Veon Bell, wide receiver Sammy Watkins, and cornerbacks Bashaud Breeland and Rashad Fenton.

Edwards-Helaire, Watkins, and Fenton missed last week's win over the Cleveland Browns and have been sidelined for multiple games. Rookie running back Edwards-Helaire is battling ankle and hip injuries suffered in Week 15, while Watkins hasn't played since Week 16 due to a calf ailment.

Breeland started in Kansas City's divisional-round win but was forced from the tilt with a concussion. L'Jarius Sneed and Charvarius Ward will lead the secondary against Buffalo's potent passing attack if both cornerbacks are eventually ruled out.

Darrel Williams saw time as the Chiefs' lead back over the last two weeks, with Bell receiving a reduced role.

Patrick Mahomes cleared concussion protocol Friday and will start Sunday with a second straight trip to the Super Bowl on the line. Rookie linebacker Willie Gay was ruled out for the matchup with an ankle injury.
