[SOLVED] slackpkg update
by NakedRider from LinuxQuestions.org on (#5D6R1)
I must have done something really bad.
I was running slackpkg update. Then I did slackpkg install-new. Then when I ran slackpkg upgrade-all I had a huge amount of updates. I went forward with the upgrade.
At the end it told me that it upgraded slackpkg. I tried to run slackpkg clean-system but it said I need to run slackpkg update. I ran slackpkg update but it says "The package list is missing".
I can't figure out what I did wrong. I looked back at my history of commands and everything looks OK.
Does anyone know how to renew the package list?
I'm really stumped as to what went wrong.
Thanks.
