Does Linux Mint 20.1supports PCie NVMe M.2 SSD drives?

Greetings,
I just ordered a HP Intel Core i5 desktop.
It has a PCIe NVMe m.2 ssd drive. I've seen some articles that some linuxes had trouble recognizing them. Not sure if these were old articles or new. I didn't check the date.
If any of you have such a ssd and is using with linux, please tell me if it worked out of the box or I need to do some tweaks.
