Grub Entry Appears In Bios Menu After Removal (GPT/UEFI/Dual Boot/Linux Mint 19.3/Windows 10)

Hello. I am trying to remove a Grub entry from the Bios menu after uninstalling Linux Mint 19.3 in dual boot, but Grub is still listed in the Bios menu after restarting my computer. It is an Acer Aspire E15 laptop with Windows 10 and a GPT HDD with UEFI.
I installed Grub on dev/sda (HDD). Windows Boot Manager and the EFI partition are located on dev/sda1. I added the Grub entry manually in the Bios as a trusted source in order for it to be listed in the boot menu to load Linux Mint. It was installed with Secure Boot disabled.
I deleted the Ubuntu folder in the EFI folder, along with using the bcdedit /enum firmware and bcdedit /delete commands in Windows 10. I also tried loading a Live USB of Linux Mint and tried the efibootmgr method.
It claims that the grubx64.efi file is located in efi/ubuntu, but that location doesn't exist anymore (at least to my knowledge).
I was able to override this entry with different Ubuntu related distributions, but now when I select the entry, instead of loading into Grub (which would give me an error when there was no distribution installed), it loads straight into Windows.
Help to remove the entry from the Bios menu would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
