route vlc audio output to other device, such bluejeans , skype ...

I am trying out bluejeans as net conference tool on Endea linux Plasma DE.
This is a much better alternative than skype (which i hav tried on win os) on 1st try.
However there is audio sharing issue need to overcome on linux and mac.

Problem:
When "monitor sharing" of "VLC plays video", audio does not get transmitted over.
I think the solution is to create a virtual sound device.
Then, route the audio from vlc player to the virtual device.
Select the virtual sound device in Bluejeans software, under microphone dropdown menu.
Then again, i will have to talk through mic to the recepients on the other side of bluejeans at the same time as well, hence my voice on headphone will need to be routed to the same virtual sound device that bluejeans have selected.
So, in order for it to work:
vlc output sound and headphone mic sound, both have to be routed to the same virtual sound device that bluejeans selected under microphone dropdown menu.
** there is "video upload for sharing feature" on blue jeans, but that feature is not suitable for my purpose.
Upload of video is slow and limited volume on the server.
Further more, i only share a small portion of each of the videos, hence uploading multiple huge video to server just to share a small portion of each video is just a waste of time **
