VMware kali linux slow boot after repartition

I am using VMware to run my Kali Linux virtual machine (It is my second main OS, I can not sacrifice it). At first installiation, I gave 40 gb of storage space to it, than I expanded it to 80gb through VMware settings. But in order to use that expanded space, I needed to repartition, add that unallocated space to main space. I did it by using gparted iso live image. After boot that gparted flash I could not repartition, because there was a partition named 'linux swap' in between my main space and unallocated storage. So I deleted it. Now when I boot my machine, It takes approximately 5-6 minutes to boot, which is intolerable. How can I fix it ?latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=Qku6gyUrTj0:1UL2P3abhpI:F7zBnMy latest?i=Qku6gyUrTj0:1UL2P3abhpI:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=Qku6gyUrTj0:1UL2P3abhpI:gIN9vFwQku6gyUrTj0
