Cinnamon Desktop Banner

Hello all,
Just installed Fedora 33 with Cinnamon desktop 4.8.6-1
Need to setup a banner, so that at the login screen it displays the text.
Tried the steps for gnome, but that does not appear to work for Cinnamon desktop.
