[Arch] Missing "libdav1d.so.4" package/library

Hello, all. The past couple of days I've been having some trouble solving some package/dependency issue. Element.io, the IM client I use, has been unable to start due to an error regarding a missing dependency. As follows,

I've seen other errors around the web regarding libdav1d recently, albeit for different reasons. I'm not sure why this error occurred, but if I were to take a guess, recently I had tried clearing my pacman cache to see if I could get rid of any unneeded packages or other left over junk. I have tried reinstalling Element and Electron (and rebooting my machine many times) but have had no luck in resolving this issue. Any ideas or suggestions as to what might be going on?
