Type 1 Hypervisor for Android that works like Debian/Proxmox combo

Hi there excuse my questions as i am new to VM in general but i have wondered if this is possible or already implemented?
Imagine a degoogled AOSP OS already installed and up and running. Is there a Type 1 HV like proxmox that can be installed on a full blown OS? From what i understand Proxmox can be installed inside a full blown Debian OS here

Maybe we could have a Type 1 HV on an Android OS that is so easy one just has to install the APK and the GUI of the HV makes it very easy to set up and customise VMs!
